BIO

Comment please, I like the support and advice. Its helps my writing. Inspired by poets such as Hollie McNish, I do not write conventional poetry. It's foundation is a mix between poetry and rap, but also just my passion for writing. This, I feel, creates a variety of poems about love and hate, but also about politics and race. I am just a young man who likes to express himself with words, and maybe I can create a lasting impression on people as a bi-product. I hope you enjoy the poetry you write but more importantly, I hope that instills an emotion in you, wether you agree or disagree.

River Dancer's Heel and Toe

Half the heart beats fast,
Like a River Dancer’s heel and toe,
While their smile sends the stomach in whirls,
And the blood swirls feeling things it hasn’t felt before.
The calm look in the eyes
Sends the other half into a trance,
A slow dance, waltzing past
heart shaped windows and crystal clear glass.
Their face, one perfect looking carving.
The torso holds like packs of titanium,
Strong and glinting in the reflection of my blazing heart.
And so I start to trace the fingers, round in circles, small circles.
Though glass and space is between us for now,
I feel your heart beat in my hand, against my chest, a treasure chest.
And somehow the space is made smaller
and the tower of affection grows taller.

So here it is, almost love at first sight.
And it might, just might, maybe grow.
Who knows. But i’ve met you so thats enough for now.
